Cancellation Policy (inc rescheduling and amendment of appointments)

Please allow up to 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment for rescheduling, amending or cancelling an appointment so that these times can be offered to someone else. Should the required notice period not be given a 50% charge of the original service value will be made. No shows will be charged at full cost.

Late Arrivals Policy

The staff at Proud Salon pride themselves on their professionalism and attention to detail. To ensure your experience with us is as expected and to avoid long waiting times in the salon services, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honoured only at the discretion of the salon out of courtesy for our clientele.

After Care Service

If you are not entirely satisfied with your service please call and schedule within two weeks of the original service date for a redo. Any redo requested more than two weeks after the original service date will be at the discretion of the management.

The redo policy doesn't cover a change in style. Full service price applies after two weeks. We do not offer refunds for any service.
